§ 01 Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to the mobile application and any connected services we operate. It does not cover third-party apps, websites, or platforms that you may access through links inside the App — those services follow their own privacy practices.

§ 02 Information We Gather

To keep the App running reliably, we collect a limited set of technical details, including:

• Device identifiers — such as your IP address, device model, and operating system version.
• Usage signals — session length, features you open, and in-app interaction events.
• Crash and performance data — diagnostic reports when something stops working as expected.

We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, address, or payment details to use the core features of the App.

§ 03 How We Use Information

The data described above helps us to: operate and maintain the App, diagnose faults and improve stability, understand which features are used most, and deliver advertising that supports the free version of the App.

§ 04 Cookies & Analytics

Together with our SDK partners we use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as advertising identifiers) to measure traffic and refine how the App works. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before enabling non-essential tracking.

§ 05 When We Share Data

We never sell your personal information. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be shared with service providers who help us run the App and its advertising. The partners we currently rely on:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Facebook
• Adjust

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.

§ 06 Retention Periods

Data is kept only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for:

• Usage and activity data — retained while you use the App and for up to 12 months afterwards.
• Technical and diagnostic logs — kept for no more than 24 months.
• Aggregated statistics — may be stored indefinitely, since they cannot identify you.

§ 07 Keeping Data Safe

We apply industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted transmission and access controls on our servers — to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. That said, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure.

§ 08 Your Choices & Rights

Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR or CCPA — you may be entitled to request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, or object to certain processing. § 09 Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly gather information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, let us know and we will delete it promptly.

§ 10 International Transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on approved transfer mechanisms — such as Standard Contractual Clauses — to make sure your information receives an equivalent level of protection.

We may revise this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or the law. The latest version will always be posted on this page together with its revision date, so please check back occasionally.
